DMDAAC is a water-soluble monomer of cationic quaternary ammonium salt with high efficiency. Molecular Weight: 161.5. There is alkenyl double bond in the molecular structure and can form linear homopolymer and all kinds of copolymers by various polymerization reaction. The features of FC DMDAAC are: very stable at normal temperature, not to hydrolyze and noninflammable, low pungency to skins and low toxicity.

Use

Mainly used to produce polymers, to synthesize all kinds of macomolecular water treating agents whose functions are neutralization, absorption, flocculation, purification and decoloring, showing excellent effect in decoloring, killing algae and removing organic compounds in wastewater treatment, paper making and textile printing&dyeing industry. It is also used as modifier of synthetic resin to bring products electrical conductivity and antistatic property. It is also used as additive in daily chemicals to improve and modify products performances.As petroleum chemicals, it can be used as flocculant and blocking agent
